They can't even protect their citizens inside their own country.

More Americans have died from gun violence and mass shootings this year alone than Boko Haram have killed in the last 5 years.

Children Killed, 10 Others Injured At Mass Shooting In California, USA (Photos)

🇺🇸 Children are among the fatalities in a mass shooting at a child's birthday party in California.

Police said four people had died and 10 were wounded in the incident in Stockton, about 60 miles east of San Francisco.

Officers were called on Saturday to a banquet hall just before 6pm local time (2am UK time) and district attorney Ron Freitas said children were among the dead.

He said the attacker was still at large.

"We can confirm at this time that approximately 14 individuals were struck by gunfire, and four victims have been confirmed deceased," San Joaquin County Sheriff's Office said on X.

The post said early indications suggest it could be a "targeted incident" but that information remains limited.

Police have so far not disclosed the attacker's identity and the motive is unclear.

Stockton's vice mayor Jason Lee confirmed on Facebook that the shooting on Lucile Avenue happened at a child's birthday party.

Mayor Christina Fugazzi said that "families should be together instead of at the hospital, standing next to their loved one, praying that they survive".

California governor Gavin Newsom's office added that he had been briefed on the "horrific shooting".

So long as the US does not include military action by NATO if Russia invades Ukraine again... Russia will only rest , rebuild and invade again..

The US should involve NATO in the whole set up, if they dnt want to give security guarantee...

The US security guarantee is all about sanctions... It won't work this time around as Russia will plan ahead in how to manuevour them..

It's military retaliation that's will work, not sanction

US will never go to war with Russia. Even with the entire NATO behind them.

They don't want to die.

One Russia against 32 NATO nations + Ukraine + Japan + South Korea + Australia + Israel + New Zealand + Gulf Allies.

But they expect us to believe Russia is the weak one? Only dummies believe that.

The US have never gone to war alone in its entire history. They always move with their whole squad of 40 nations.

The US went to war with goat herders in Afghanistan, a ragtag Taliban and lost after 20 years.

Afghanistan had no support from anyone but the US received military backing from the whole NATO, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Australia.

You cannot use force against someone who has an equal or even greater force than you. The US/NATO have come to realize that.

In early 2022, US/NATO were all screaming Russia must be defeated, Russia must be crushed. Today they're begging Russia to end the war. Even offering Russia sweet deals and mineral resources.

🇺🇸 Donald Trumps administration have sent Ukraine a 28 point peace plan to end the war with and Russia. Zelensky have been urged to accept it. Full list below:

1. Ukraine’s sovereignty affirmed.

2. Russia, Ukraine and Europe
sign a non-aggression pact.

3. Russia agrees not to invade neighbors and NATO stops expansion.

4. Russia and NATO launch a de-escalation dialogue.

5. US gives Ukraine post-war security guarantees.

6. Ukraine’s military capped at 600,000 troops.

7. Ukraine amends constitution to renounce NATO membership.

8. No NATO troops in Ukraine, with exceptions for UK-France peacekeepers plan.

9. UK and EU keep fighter jets stationed in Poland.

10. Ukraine loses US guarantees if it invades Russia, Russia faces full sanctions and deal reversal if it invades Ukraine.

11. Ukraine allowed to join the European Union.

12. A global Ukraine Development Fund finances reconstruction and industry.

13. Sanctions on Russia lifted gradually, Russia reenters the G8.

14. 100 billion dollars in frozen Russian assets fund Ukraine’s rebuild, the rest are unfrozen.

🇷🇺 Russia & 🇺🇦 Ukraine have carried out a new exchange of bodies of dead soldiers, Ukrainian officials and Russian state media said on Thursday.

Ukraine said it received 1,000 bodies and Russian state news agency TASS quoted a source as saying Moscow got back 30 bodies.

"Investigators from law enforcement bodies, together with expert agencies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, will soon conduct all necessary examinations and identify the repatriated bodies," Ukraine's prisoner-of-war coordination centre said on Telegram.

The two sides have conducted a series of such swaps, as well as exchanging live prisoners, in the course of the war that began with Russia's full-blown invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022.

Peace talks remained stalled, however, and negotiators from the two sides have not met face-to-face since July 23, when they talked for just 40 minutes in Istanbul.

European countries pushed back on Thursday against a U.S.-backed peace plan for Ukraine that sources said would require Kyiv to give up more land and partially disarm, conditions long seen by Ukraine's allies as tantamount to capitulation.
