There's no fuel scarcity, the price is still the same.

GIGM charge #38k as at September even in the first week of December it was still at 42k or so and boom from #58k last week to #66k now.

Once you see your products are about to expire, sell them off at cheaper rates to avoid loss,but NO they will rather keep the products to expire so that they can change label and still make money from expired products. Whatever happens they don't care.

Wrong narration. Fubara never sacked the local government chairmen. They exhausted their tenure constitutionally. That's three full years.
It was the Martin's assembly members that elongated their tenure but in the true wisdom of the court of appeal, it was repealed and they say it was unconstitutional to elongate their tenure after three years. The SC judgement is NOT in line with the constitution. I was just laughing when zombies were masturbating over the LG judgement. That judgement is not even worth the paper it was written. The Constitution specifically created the SLGJA and the SC is abrogating it. The SC has no such powers. You cannot use illegality to cure illegality. Illegality usually begets illegality. APGA made a law mandating LGs to return their allocations to the SLCJA in line with the constitution after that judgement. Lagos Assembly suspended a Chairman after the SC ruling. Now this.

Then this is an interesting case,let's actually await judgement from the supreme court if the case gets there. Because if the support this action from the SHA,then it shows that they erred in their judgement so who corrects it?

Discipline of local government chairmen is within the state assembly constitutionally and if they are found guilty, they have the right to suspend them constitutionally.
To solution to this is to tinker with the constitution and make it more robust with specifics on each organ of government.

Interesting times ahead ,let's wait for the supreme court judgement over this.Because this act makes a rubbish of the LG autonomy.

There's nothing they can do about that until the constitution is tinkered. The house of assembly is empowered by the constitution to oversee their administration.
Meanwhile, it wasn't the FG that gave them autonomy, as it wasn't within the purview of the FG to do so due to separation of powers. The Nigerian constitution should have given them the autonomy and not the supreme court. Since will like doing things anticlockwise, that is why things are not working the way they ought to be.
The national assembly need to wake up and fine-tune the administration of local government areas with specifics.

But there's no where in the constitution that says they can be suspended by the SHA.And the ruling of the supreme court is in line with the constitution, that caretaker, HLGA do not have a place /not recognized in the Nigerian constitution .
