These products are used on demand. But this subscription thing we pay for ,is for a month and some people might not even have time to watch it for 2 straight weeks, or like you stated have the electricity to watch it. Who loses at the end ?The customer paying for high subscription that is barely watched. The issue is the frequent hike.They should bring it down ,whether there's light or not most people won't mind paying for it.

Let's say subscriber base is 50,000 and they price is 2,500.In a month it's 125,000,000. Then for them to lose 230,000 they have probably over 1 million subscribers.
At 2,500 they will still make enough profit. Leave multichoice except you are a staff there defending the every market day increase.
