why give so much money to the governors who are not utilising it well? Why not from the national level utilise these funds for us all. What is preventing the president from building rice plantations in each geopolitical zone and further privatizing them? Making the governors have more money for wastage isn't leadership. This has always been baba's style from day one. Get more money and share to allies. How do we explain Nigerians are suffering yet governors are having more money?

Such kind of projects are better handled by state and local governments who have closer contact with the people not FG.

The state approved fee is not even up to a million naira.About 500k plus. He should pay what is stipulated in the law,carry his evidence and state gazetted law and sue the state government for trying to go against what is in their own law.
