PoliticsRe: Tinubu’s ₦330bn Cash Transfer Story Falls Apart As Testifiers Deny Payments by Kaow12345: 10:38am On Sep 21, 2025
truelly we received money particularly in osun some received 75000 50000 45000 and we know that fraud can not be rule out there
treesun:
Evidence has revealed contradictions, exaggerations and outright falsehoods in the government’s so-called proof after Dada Olusegun, Special Assistant to Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Social Media, shared an infographic on X featuring testimonies from 11 Facebook users who allegedly received ₦25,000 under the Renewed Hope Conditional Cash Transfer Programme.
One of those cited, Uzoma Solar, said that he never received a kobo. “It was just cruise. Someone said the government was paying, so I just said I received it, too. I did not receive a penny,” he admitted.

Others insisted they had been paid but gave accounts that do not align with official procedure.

Sandra Jonah, a graduate of Benue State University, claimed she “registered” individually and her name “came out.” She wrote on Facebook that she received ₦75,000 in three tranches, while others got ₦25,000 once.

Similarly, another Facebook user, Ikemefuna Nwamaka, said she went to her LGA to register and later found money in her account after her friend alerted her.

Both claims run contrary to the National Social Safety-Nets Coordinating Office (NASSCO), which manages the National Social Register (NSR) used to identify beneficiaries.

According to NASSCO, states first select the poorest LGAs using poverty data, after which communities themselves identify the most deprived households.

Data is then collected by trained Community-Based Targeting Teams and processed with an algorithm to determine eligibility. The agency stresses that individuals cannot self-register, nor does it publish any list of beneficiaries.

Bola Tinubu’s claim that ₦330 billion was paid to 8.1 million households has therefore come under intense scrutiny. The inconsistencies between official guidelines and the stories of supposed recipients have fueled doubts about the credibility of the programme and the presidency’s narrative.

With one “testifier” admitting to lying outright and others presenting accounts that clash with NASSCO’s documented process, critics say the government’s reliance on unverifiable social media posts as proof of payment undermines its credibility.

Nigerians are now demanding that authorities release a verifiable list of households that actually benefited. Until then, Tinubu’s ₦330bn cash transfer story appears increasingly difficult to defend.

Afghanistan will never give it to them son of satani
BarrElChapo:
I watched the interview, he wants to negotiate that particular base from the Afghan government not necessarily return US troops back to Afghanistan. This is quite misleading.
PoliticsRe: Food Price Crash: Farmers Fault FG’s Order As Agro-Imports Hit ₦2.2 Trillion by Kaow12345: 12:57pm On Sep 17, 2025
no body steal any body mandate it is part of democracy rigging there where they are practicing sane democracy
kgr8mike:
Nothing good will ever come from someone who stole a mandate given to another. God is not a Nigerian

God has his standards and you can't deceive Him.

Did anybody hear Gumi, that's the type of things you get in a system with a wrong foundation. The foundation of this government is wrong and only until we get the foundation fixed can we build a structure that will stand the test of time.

ozo13:
I don't understand ur point.so we should allow people to hold us to ransom selling food at exorbitant prices because of a govt policy. What was the cause of price of foreign rice moving up from the 2015 price.we should start the argument from there.this isn't about politics or who is right or wrong.it should be about what can be done better for the benefit of all.it isn't an APC /PDP thing.it should be about Nigeria because all of us are in the mess.

[qquote author=God1000 post=135790813]Political solution indeed, is that the reason you've abandoned the people of Benue, your job is to protect Nigerians from internal and external aggression and you have failed woefully.[/quote]
