Job Descriptions and qualities

You will need to be competent in all aspects of graphics design with a constant desire to achieve more

You are passionate about Website design and development, believe that all websites should be responsive out of the box, mobile friendly

You are a self-starter and not afraid to use Google to find inspiration and solution to teething problems.

You enjoy a challenge and are open to different ideas and working in a collaborative environment.


Main Responsibilities

As a Web designer, you will be responsible for building of websites from the scratch in many cases and in some cases enhancing and putting finishing touches to pre-existing clients websites

You will be part of a team that is dedicated to building and maintaining platforms for business startups.

You will work with project managers, designers, and other developers to meet business needs and deadline for project execution.

Develop highly visible responsive websites based upon delivered requirements and design desired by clients.


Qualifications
You must be experienced in the act of web designing with verifiable jobs you have completed in recent past.

A University Degree in computer science / Engineering is desirable but competence,experience, performance and result is of utmost importance and those are our core values.

Working experience in Startup/technology firm is desirable but not compulsory.

Not more than 35 years of age.

Requirements

Candidate must be able to design a complete, responsive good looking websites within 48 hours.

3 or more years of Web design and development with particular focus on wordpress and others

An understanding of Web development best practices and security.
Intermediate PHP and jQuery skills.

Ability to find your way around MySQL.

Solid HTML5 and CSS3 skills.

Experience with JavaScript libraries like Backbone.

Experience working with data formats like JSON or XML.

Ability to keep pace in a dynamic and competitive environment.

Graphic Design and Photography skills are also desirable.
Photoshop, fireworks
