Some were restored after many accusations and counter accusations but majority were breached. Some with screenshots even posted their evidence. Can you imagine 30pips stop loss on 0.03 trade took $300 if I remember or $250, but it was more than $200 which eventually breached that account while other prop firms or brokers never even have such spike? Yesterday , I had a deep retrospect and realize how our foods could be killer machines in the long run.
Virtually all foods we consume in this climes are starch-sugar based. Our lifestyle for most parts are sedentary with little chance to burn this sugar .
You begin to wonder why the life expectancy of an average Nigeria is low. We need embrace
nutritional value of food over its calorific value. Insulin as an hormone which regulates blood sugar fluctuates based on our lifestyle and food consumed.. Veggies , Fibres, food high in unsaturated fats ( Avocados, fish ,nuts) and fruits are our best bet in the long run.
Intermittent fasting as proven also to help regulates sugar levels in the blood.
Health is wealth, eat healthy to stay heathy .

You don't realise it until you leave this country for two weeks.
