He should have money first without giving him the estimate of the money he is asking for. If you people don't understand questions, then don't just quote people with funny replies. Someone is asking for the estimate cost to own a mini filling station, probably so he can have an estimated amount he might want to hustle for in order to acquire the mini filling station and u are saying have money first.

Anyway, to the OP, the estimated amount will determine some factors like:
1. If u already have a landed property to build yours then that's some cash off your capital.
2. If u are buying an already used mini filling station that is up for sale then the amount u will need will be different from amount that is required to build yours from scratch.
3. If you are leasing a mini station, then the amount is different from acquiring your own.

So give me details based on these factors I just stated and I will be able to give u an estimate amount u will need for this business.

Good thread. When I have time, I will give some insight into this business cos I'm currently running one filling station in Abuja that I just acquired after my leasing tenure expired. Although I'm not there physically to run it cos I'm out of the country presently but my wife's brother is helping physically there and get daily report and feedback from him everyday.
