If that was the case, Jude mistake was not telling Peter because he is the part owner of the company and could have been arrested if everything goes burst.

Hmmmm now we are getting on the same page. I am not siding on anyone of them either, but you have said what I wanted to hear. Their mistake was not telling Peter about it from the onset and from Peter side of the story he said when he suspected such, he confronted Paul and Jude separately about the new company and new account, they did not open up to him.
And again if the money in the said account is allegedly to be for money laundering, they should still have INFORMED Peter and if he (Peter) decided to be or not to be part of it, then so be it.

Hmmmm, let just hold on for now and see as more stories will unfold from both of them, because from your write up now, is like you are believing Paul more than Peter, and what if Paul is not saying the truth during his radio interview. Pls read the whole story of Peter again where he said he has approached both Paul and Jude individually several times but not were not telling him the truth until he did his own finding to know that there is another Company set up by his brother Jude and his wife collecting their royalties without Peter knowing about it.

Pls try to read the whole story of Peter again, Peter alleged that Jude and Paul are doing things behind his back so do you expect Paul to called Jude out?
