Aswear, some of the people in the CS are so shameless. Just look at the rubbish they are posting. So other regions where kidnapping is not that high should just be giving out millions of dollars to anybody so that their region will be the one with the highest amount that is paid to kidnappers.

Assuming it is other regions that is paying the highest amount in terms of ransom to kidnappers, this same ppl will still come here and change the narrative and be saying trash.

Nice ideal and nice initiative but don't forget that some of those who commit crimes are also very smart. There is a saying that says Those who commit crimes are usually a step ahead of the law enforcement agencies.
