I bought a HP 15 in 2017 new it was working perfectly but slow the battery was 5 hours Plus, last month I bought a fairly used HP 250 coreI5 swapped the battery and sold the HP 15 now the issue is 2 weeks later the battery started malfunctioning it stops charging at 90% trips off at 30%.

Pls help advise what I can do should I get a new battery or the new laptop is faulty since the battery works perfectly be4 I sold the other laptop.

Check it with another charger but I will advise you to get better charger and another battery

Sorry for the delay in replying bro the battery is bad according to what you said but you try another charger
