The dumbest set of people in Nigeria today are the current members of the National Assembly that passed the Electoral Act 2026. Those people are incredibly foolish. I read how they made it impossible for even themselves to move to another party upon failing to get ticket at the primaries of their party and knew that these people were either hypnotized into passing that law or were too dumb to understand the implications of what they passed. Before now, there was nothing like if your name is not on the register of a particular party submitted to INEC, you cannot vie for primaries in the party. It made it easy for them to loose primaries in party A and move to party B the next day and get ticket to contest and win. Today, with the new Electoral Act, Every party must submit membership register to INEC not less than 21 days before primaries and if your name is not in the register submitted to INEC you cannot be nominated by the party. The implications is simple, once INEC receives your party's membership register before the primaries, it is over for you. Whoever the Governor gives ticket through consensus is binding on you and you cannot disagree and go to another party to clinch the ticket because your name could not have been in the other party's membership register. They enslaved themselves.

Okay now the coach is gone let's see what these 'world class players' will offer till the season's end. It's very easy to hide behind a coach's incompetency. This same group of players have been through about 4-5 coaches. The classy thing to do is wish you ex gaffer a simple good luck! I like that Rosenior had the balls to axe enzo for 2 games. I honestly don’t see anything particularly special in his game. His level, to me, team like Burnley, Fulham, or Wolves. Playing in a star studded team helps his carreer.

For a counter attacking side, you lump a lot of balls forward for your big man to hold up and lay off to your runners, Dembele cannot handle that, He is a False 9, Possession teams benefit more from False 9s than counter attacking team. Counter attacking favors their best player who is Mbappe
For the French IMO, its either Olise or Dembele, As much as I love Olise, I would bench him for Dembele who is quicker

I do not agree that side was the best.

1. I didn't like Thiago in midfield, he is too soft, too stylish, more concerned about his flick and waist turning to make a no look 5meter pass. Summarily he was a luxury player carry along, who was mediocre in attack/chance creation, below average in defence, barely fit and cannot hold possession in midfield, There was a reason Spanish NT never used him reliably

In the first leg it was him who escorted Saul Niguez for over 20 meters without putting in a tackle for Saul to score the lone goal in Spain. I would have preferred if we had a Fit Javi Martinez, a younger Arturo Vidal in middle. By the time we got Vidal he was too old na rough tackle remain for him body

2. Pep was always dulling in away games, He lost to Porto and Atletico. and no be everytime you will be able to overturn an away deficit
