Politics › Re: Tinubu Wants Filling Stations Converted To CNG Outlets, Says Minister by Kaybaba5(m): 9:04am On Oct 24, 2024 |
franchasng: I know he has the intention of converting Nigeria to a nuclear bomb site
CNG cars that has been exploding unnecessarily of recent when we don't even have up to 5000 CNG cars in Nigeria, imagine when we have up to 10million CNG powered cars on Nigerian roads? Your guess is as good as mine.
Nigeria is a hot climate nation, this must be considered before drumming for this wide use of CNG as alternative power source for vehicles and machineries in Nigeria.
Meanwhile, I hope Tinubu have converted his multi billion naira official ESCALADE SUV from Petrol to CNG to lead by example?
Tinubu should lead the way, convert all Presidential vehicles to CNG, let Shettima do same, followed by Senate President, Senators, House of Reps Members, Ministers, Governors, Commissioners. They should lead by example to encourage Nigerians to follow suite. But you know they won't |

JASONjnr: More improvement....
But lots of propaganda about these two.
But we hope that since crude is now selling with Naira, the cost of production and refining expensive will be measured in Naira and it should reduce the pump price as well. Since dollar exchange rate is high.... You could ask yourself on which rate are they selling crude in naira to dangote .hope it's not rate of dollar to naira. If the rate is equivalent to dollar we are still back to square one There will be no difference |

badoh: Na this smuggling issue led to the removal of fuel subsidy. Imagine government subsidizing fuel and unfortunate people lifting same fuel after been subsidized and taking it across the border to sell at exorbitant price. Nigeria is a lawless country with poor institutions to punish law breakers. As long as government continues to subsidize, smuggling won't stop. So Mr has smuggling stopped now? It won't stop until they issue capital punishment for the offenders And they won't cos na demdem, they know themselves |
