GENERAL
Lumos Nigeria is seeking for Technical Support Assistant in Abuja Nigeria.

Job Description
• Customer and Client Support Service
• Support Installation of Solar Panels and SPS
• Preliminary Troubleshooting of SPS at Client location.
• Client relations on energy conserving devices
• Support third party installers on device installation and usage.
• Schedule, coordinate and properly install solar home power stations.
• Field Support Schedule Maintenance of Solar panel and SPS.
• Retrieve faulty SPS from customer location and process a replacement within specified SLA

Key Performance Indicators

• Zero tolerance to system mismatch
• Customer satisfaction on installed devices.
• Effective knowledge transfer to all third party installers.
• Turn around maintenance of all SPS within specified timeline.
• Turnaround time on repairs of faulty SPS.
• Response time to customer complaints.
• Intradepartmental liaison to resolve customer complaints.
Functional Competencies
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Display good Team spirit
• Willingness to transfer knowledge to Customers and Installers
• Understand Installation Value Chain
• Fluency in English and Hausa
Qualifications
1. Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree Second Class Honors /HND in Electrical Electronics Engineering.
2. A minimum of 2 years Post NYSC working experience.
3. Candidate must have Electrical Laboratory and Field Installation experience from a reputable Organization.
