The safest way to buy a car in Nigeria of today is to walk in to Toyota office or u go to Honda place or any company that sells a brand new car n buy a brand new car mint. There u can get every document u demand on this earth.
Any other method u use apart from d one I said above contains some elements of risk.
Every car dealer n buyer understands this risk and this does not mean one party is trying to play on d other. It is garbage in garbage out. It is what d market gives. It is d condition of d country. This is Nigeria n not England. There is no proper documentation in this country. We all kno that. Nobody shud come here n start claiming holier than thou. If u feel this car does nor hav all d documents on this earth, then u can go n buy a brand new one n u will understand d difference between 600k n 3.5 million Naira. U can't hav it both ways. It is either u pay 600k n take some risk in ur life or u pay 3.5 million n b very safe.
