bentenny: This was my counter reply of which you accused me for advocating for the increase of their match bonuses!
My point remains that they should not be owed any match bonuses but you insisted that due to their underperformance, they should be owed!
You even went as far as accusing me of advocating for their increment in match bonuses!
At the end,you are not the NFF boss and you cannot make such decisions! Wait until you are there so that you can make such decisions!
Finally, let me say this for the upteenth time, match bonuses are given to players for appearing for an international match. That's why it's called appearance bonus! It's not a performance bonus which attracts a separate or extra bonus depending on the result!
Stop trying to confuse 'match bonuses' with 'performance bonuses'! so why accuse me that I am changing the discussion, also those guys are getting paid just not entirely all what they are suppose to get and I said they should manage whatever they are getting right now since we too are managing there performance |

bentenny: What exactly have you been saying? Kaymax2222: see eh we understand all this but those players should never claim they are underappreciated, because in Nigeria they are still the one getting the best of everything even with the way they are been owed. If they can't do it with the little they believe they are getting (which is not little) let them get out and let others come in jare here is my first reply to you abi what are you saying. You have argument? here is my first reply to you |

bentenny: Don't change the argument because you were insisting that I was advocating an increase of their match bonuses!
You also didn't understand that match bonuses was just appearance bonuses and not feeding or training allowance!
Now you trying to prevaricate after losing all your arguments!
If you don't like the fact that they collect undeserved match bonuses, that's a topic or argument for another day! If you are so pained about it, throw yourself in the ring and contest!
Simple! see you! that was what I have been saying since or are you mixing me up with someone else?? |

bentenny: I can also give other instances by sighting other nations! Its nothing new! Match bonuses are paid whether you like it nor not!
Thats your opinion which you are entitled to but next time argue with facts and not emotions! the fact of the matter is obvious even if you chose to ignore it that those guys have done nothing to what those allowance they are expecting us to pay them they play with zero zeal. So let them get out and stop crying to the public for any allowance they have not done enough to deserve. They want all there allowance to be paid whether they perform or not has if they are doing us a favour for playing for us. They've not done anything extra ordinary to warrants us calling for there entitlement to be paid. In our cliam you not to do extra to get what you believe you deserve because we can't afford to be spending our little resources on mediocre. They may be able to afford that in Europe or anywhere else but we can't we just can't.QED |

bentenny: At the risk of sounding like a broken record,NFF are obligated just like every football association around the world to pay players match or appearance bonuses! This is negotiated even before a ball is kicked in training and will still be paid no matter the outcome of the match! What will not be paid is the extra bonus for winning! For instance, there is an european nation that pays 5k euros for match bonuses and pays an extra 5-7k euros for winning the match! All these information are online! Go and read up on them and stop arguing blindly! not arguing blindly and I said it right from the beginning of this argument European nations can pay whether there team perform or not but a country of over 230m people where competition is strong for the little resources we have those guys should not be getting paid for underperforming. |

bentenny: Its not in your place to ask whether or not they deserve it because match bonuses are negotiated and the NFF are obligated to pay no matter the outcome of the result! Sweden lost their last 4 games and were kicked out from the WCQ but the players were still paid match bonuses! What will not be paid are the extra bonuses that come with either winning or qualifying for a tournament! Hope you understand or do you need me to coin it in your local dialect for better comprehension?
This flawed comment shows once again that you have zero idea about what you are arguing about! There is nothing like training or camp allowance and if they existed, thats not what the players are demanding! What is in contention is the match bonuses which is also called appearance bonus for showing up to play! That is what the players are being owed since 2019! who gives a shit about sweden, if those guys don't perform they should not be paid simple. I am even prolonging this matter self they should remove themselves from the national team pls let see better people who are ready to serve and play for the Country with passion. If they call them let them not answer |

bentenny: You are still not making any iota of sense and you are even doing so with confidence! Lets even assume without conceding that they have been paid half based on your submissions,do you have any link to substantiate your argument? Secondly, you claimed i demanded that they increased the match bonuses....can you show me where i said so? Match bonuses are negotiated between the NFF and the players no matter the outcome of the match played, hence NFF are obligated to pay! Finally,as much as i find this back and forth ridiculously funny, you are making absolutely no sense with all due respect! some of this issue has been with nff since and all this player knows it yet they enlisted they answer when get called upon, why now go ahead and play poorly like kindergartens |

Those allowance are negotiated and agreed upon, yes but do they deserve it with what they are playing. I don't know much about there earnings and all but I know there is allowance there is training allowance, camp allowance and a whole lot more so if they are getting all that but not there negotiated allowance why should they get paid at all with what they are playing. The fact that they travel first class and lodge in an hotel and have a good meal is more than enough with what they are playing. |

bentenny: You are obviously mixing things up and further confusing yourself! Being owed match bonuses is entirely different from seeking an extra in their allowance or match bonuses to what they are getting and i never said anything about them asking for more match bonuses! its like a worker being owed salaries for more than 3 years.....he is only asking for the payment of the backlog and not an increase of his present salary! is allowances the only thing they are getting don't they get other bonuses?? |

Do you even understand or read what you are saying? allowance is just some of what they are been paid which means it's part of there payments not all there payments abi what are you saying and it is part of the fact that what they are getting is a lot which is why after all what they are getting they still have allowance that is yet to be paid |

Just a parting query...are you currently working for free at your place of work? they are getting paid your claim is they are not getting paid enough. Which I said with Nigerian presents reality they are getting the best amongst of us. Where I am working right now I am getting paid and if I believe I am not getting paid enough to do what I am suppose to do I will quit not start doing shabby job and still expect all my bonus and entitlement |

bentenny: So are you implying that the one who keeps working despite being owed or paid less than their valuation is more patriotic than the ones who demands that they be paid whats their entitlement? Guy thats slavery! Patriotism is not blind submission to exploitation! Refusing to be exploited or shortchanged is not disloyalty! That may be your reality but thats not patriotism!
You are doing more harm than good! Thats the mentality of those at our football association and yet we want our players to get into tackles or commit themselves! When an european player plays for his national team he knows that his country will never abandon him when he is medically or physically challenged while playing for the national team!
Lets stop this demeaning mentality! Thats why we are where we are! there is nothing demeaning about it, it's the law of nature. And they are not demanding there valuation in anyway. Your valuation can't be more than your environment or where you come from. Even if you have a valuation it's a function of your environment so base on that they are well valued and if they think they are not let them get out. Compare to our reality those guys are living large and not because they are good but because they got the opportunity and they are now misusing it |

A soldier in America earns between $2000-3000() with medical insurance and other financial packages for comfort while an average nigerian soldier earns 100k naira! Who do you think will be patriotic? our reality is different they are in America we are here. And you saying what I said is slavery is funny cos it's our reality. Those guys don't even deserve what they are getting with the way they are playing let them get out I maintain. If I am in a position to make decisions about there issues I will owe them too they don't deserve it we are a country of over 230m people with a gdp of a country of few thousands population in Europe. You should know competition for good things in Nigeria can never be the same in those countries with few thousand population. If them been opportune to scale from the bottom of the food chain to close to the top of the food chain, and that's all they can offer abeg let them get ouuuut!!! |
