My fellow brothers and sisters in dis forum. I have a sister whose his GCE result was totally 'HELD', She was never involve in exam malpractice. All other candidate in his centre result was released. Pls kindly assist in the step she shud take. As dis wil be her sixth attemp of GCE. Pls ur contribution wil b appreciated.
