It seems different from double chance, cos I can't find any double chance being given, it is the normal 1X2 but in this case, for instance in 1X2 u are placing a bet on arsenal to win psg, if it ends draw or psg wins, u lose,in ANB you are placing a bet on arsenal to win or draw whichever, if psg wins the bet will be declared void, if arsenal wins u lose. Before u bet on the game to end draw u need to be sure arsenal won't win.
Where I find this market useful, is when one has accumulated possible draws

Home no bet (HNB) - if the home team wins, the bet will be declared void, Away no bet(ANB) if away team wins the bet will be declared void. But you must predict if the away team will win or draw for the former & if the home team will win or draw for the latter.
