You can't sit down and watch as a president almost half of the country making obnoxious law that contradict the federal law without doing anything about it.
The position of the law is that whenever a state law is in conflict with the federal law (the constitution),the federal law supercede and prevail.
So that kind of religious law shouldn't have allowed to stand in a secular state like Nigeria under the watch of Obj,but he allowed it .

I thought states stands has an entity on it own and can enact law without the federal interfering cos I believed had tough has obj if he could he would have stopped unless he was trying to pls them and I appreciate ur explanation.
