Lol. did i ask how they counted the cars? I asked who did. We all know cars are countable but do you go around counting the number of cars in any given convoy? It's rather improbable!

The next question that follows the 'who' is always 'how, why'. Well, a good reporter with a sound knowledge of journalism did.
If reporters can get a good statistic of dead bodies in a crashed plane or collapsed building how then can counting a mere convoy be an issue. ( from d story d convoy even stopped to attack d poor woman)

The power show-off in this country is totally unbearable. Such oppressions happen almost everyday in the country, that's why an employer can maltreat/slap/bully/over-work an employee and dare him to resign and get another job soonest. Don't tag anyone a saint until you give him/her power.
