__ Campaigning : as the name implies,you get to convince the Nairaland community why they should vote for you.
__ Elimination : that's this round you are witnessing now. Gradual eviction of the various contestants till we get our finalist then winner.

Yes,it's once year. The next should about this time next year. Just keep yo ears to the ground, it would be dully publicized/announced.

P.S: There would be Question and Answers segment too - you will be required to give it your best shot.

The first design modified(without hands) will do.
Can you also make a reference to nairaland.
You could use Nairaland logo in the ad(if its ok..) or add text that says A Nairaland Initiative.
Just about anything that connects the ad to the forum.

Also the links are not working.It redirects to an error page.

I also think we should have just one link.
When creating shortlinks,its important to remember that these links are case sensitive. /Djdola and /djdola will be two entirely different links.
So lets keep it simple.
I could create it but I will need the url you will be linking to.

Also, a href image link should be created and used for sharing rather than just uploading the ad in social networks.
That way,when the link is posted on say, Facebook, the image is retrieved from online servers and links directly to the Landing Page so people don't have to copy urls or download images.

Yea I saw what you mean but I am wondering if you replace the cross with a love sign for example and still maintain the background image, it will come out fine.
The first thing that comes to mind with a cross beside the image in this context is "ob***ry".
But if the house accepts it that way it's ok.
