Vetto is still the best paying for Nigerians right now, so focus on Egocentric first. Once you get approved, you can do other roles on same Vetto website.

Recording your video is simple, you put phone on your head/chest using a chest mount or head mount and record what you are doing while explaining it. That's all. $24/hr is for approved hours only, not just recording anyhow - you must follow their guidelines after approval.

FAQ: A lot of NYSC corpers, students, remote workers may be asking:
1. Do I need laptop? No, only phone.
2. Can SSCE apply? Yes, if your spoken English is clear.
3. Must I show my face? No. It's egocentric = first-person view. We see your hands and what you are doing, not necessarily your face.
4. Can I use Android phone? Yes. Any smartphone that can record clear video. iPhone or Android both work.
5. How long before approval? Vetto reviews in batches globally. Once approved, you'll be contracted
6. What kind of activities? Normal house activities - cooking indomie, sweeping, washing plates, folding clothes, arranging market, walking to PPA etc. They will give you list after you are approved.
7. Can I do it at night? Better to record in daytime with clear light so video is clear. Night videos may be rejected.
8. I am in village with low network, can I apply? Yes. Your location does not matter. As long as you can upload video, you can work from any LGA.
9. I'm already serving, will PPA allow it? Yes. This is not full-time job. You do it after PPA or weekends. No fixed hours.
10. I applied for English Narrator before, should I apply again? Yes, you can apply for this Egocentric role separately. It's a different opportunity.

If you have not applied: The English Narrator link will no longer go through. The role that is still active right now is Egocentric Video Contributor. You can still apply for that one on the same website.
