Bro that is wrong calculation...when you want to calculator return on investment you minus profit from lost
The total profit made is 600+410+500+500+600= 2610 then you minus it from lost 2000 = 610 is the profit made not 2610
And if you want to calculate it your way total investment is 7k not 5k

Bros, let's go through it together.

Start up capital: #5,000

1. 1k x 1.78=Lost
Day 1: played 1k and lost. Balance #4,000

2. 1k x 1.50=Lost
Day 2: played 1k and lost. Balance #3,000

3. 1k x 1.60=1,600
Day 3: played 1k and won (So we now have 3,000-1000+1,600=3,600)

4. 1k x 1.41=1,410
Day 4: played 1k and won (So, we now have 3,600-1,000+1,410=4,010)

5. 1k x 1.50=1,500
Day 5: played 1k and won (So, we now have 4,010-1000+1,500=4,510)

6. 1k x 1.50=1,500
Day 6: played 1k and won (So, we now have 4,510-1000+1,500=5,010)

7. 1k x 1.60=1,600

@Ty207, thanks for the observation. It really shows I'm not alone on this. Though, I understand the calculation very well sir. I believe it was a typo error. I actually wanted to type in 12% and not 52%. At least, this will help those that don't know how it works before.
I will advise you study the calculation above and understand it so u know how to work out your own profit.
