for state colleges that offer Aeronautics or aircraft Maintenance Technology course,i dont have link with them but i can get admission there for you if you want to study the course,for chemical engineering i can get it for you with the schools am working with,to send your document,you can scan it to my mail box,my commission fees is 200dollar,but you will pay for the admission and acceptance latter,also processing of your visa support document and DHL to be post to you will cost 320dollar.
the fee those not apply to all school,cost of living in a year is very cheap.

you can check if p is accepted in ministry of education in nigeria,is accepted here.

yes entrance exam is for medical student those that want to study medicine,depend on the course you want to study i can help u.

Philippines certificate and degree are well recognized you can check the Nigeria medical and dental website to no more about country that were recognized,education in Philippines are not free but cheap to study there with full American standard and system of education,if you need more information about studying in the Philippines you can contact;kinsmamedical@gmail.com or call +639213787589.

details about admission in Philippines,depend on the course you want to study,for example,medicine you need a degree to study medicine due to they are doing American system of education,but any order course can apply with waec or neco result,fees are range between 2500 to 2700 dollar per year apart from medicine which is 4000 dollar,but those that do not have degree and want to study medicine can do a degree course for 16month,then after getting your degree in any science course then you can study medicine for 3 and half year.
