Good evening friends, below are 50 ways I have thought others to raise capital. This is just a summary of my seminar teachings. and sell very high. You make sure cash in these commodity
types.

. Examples, fruit and vegetables, palm oil. There are several
others, but these are the ones I have traded. For Palm oil,
go to the south-south States, like Rivers, Asia state, Delta
state, Akwa Ibom state, etc and buy cheap palm oil (there is
high supply there), ship them to the north or any City in
Nigeria to sell higher.

. A few years ago, I used to buy oil at N1,700 in Akwa Ibom
and sell at N6,500 in Abuja, Kaduna, Kano, etc.

. OK, remember I said this is for the armchair investor, this
business is not as easy as it sounds, so you employ your
team around it to do the hard part. Don't employ me, I will
not come. I can only show you people you can supply to. I
will do it for free.

. 2. Buy Stakes, not stocks : This is about partnering with
small, but proven, business that have financial challenges
and share profits, and maybe loss. Most of what I show
how are guaranteed ways of making money with money

. This is not a buy-goods-here-and-sell-there scheme.
Remember, this is for armchair investors that want their
money to work for them while the spend their lives enjoying

etc. You will be lending to people who want liquidity(quick
cash) in exchange for selling their assets at a discount.
From my experience, there are many of these opportunities,
but if you have issues going out to search for these
opportunities, hire someone to help you.

one opportunity or the other. I don't know much about stock
info, but through recommendations and referrals, I have met
an investment manager that manages money like Warren
Buffett. I am not exaggerating when I say he had a
whopping 81% winning record. I have not seen such record
in Nigeria. He gives investors around 40%+ return
annually...... on average. He is an employee in an
established firm in Nigeria, you want me to refer you to
him?

. No. I have an obvious reason. There are prerequisite for
referrals. I don't refer people I don't personally know to him.

. 4. Give Out Loans:

. This is tricky given the concern about safety in invested
capital, but with an sharp-eyed due diligence and a strong
legal work, the risk is almost zero.

. For example, there are people that are willing to give ten
million naira collateral to get a two million naira loan. You
can charge 5% to 10% Interest per month, you make money
whether the person defaults or not. To me, this is the safest
way I invest. I know its not easy to find these opportunities.
It's not easy for new entrants into the business, but if you
have been into this business for about 8 years like me, it
becomes easy because everyone knows what you do, so
they run up to you when they have financial problems.

interest in anything they invest in, you can be making 3% to
10% a month on this per month, but don't invest if you don't
see the borrower's collateral. This is one of the best ways
