What's the best way to travel to Cotonou through road? Also how much should one have for at least a 1 week stay in Cotonou ? (accommodation , feeding etc)

You can get hotels of 8k cfa per night, average price of a good meal is 1k cfa, then budget some money for transportation within the city, so do the math yourself.
