So I was planning on getting a redmi 9 but I checked and it doesn't support gyroscope (for AR and VR support) then I thought of getting oppo a31

I have not use the phone yes but youtubers confirmed that wifi connectivity is slow even a youtuber posted his game review of redmi and the phone lagged

Firstly redmi 9 no gyroscope sensor meaning no ar or vr compatibility.
400nits brightness is low for 1080p screen
Wifi connectivity is slow.
Do your research no phonw is perfect they all have flaws

The instruction is to hard reset that is put it on and off. Not to factory reset, thereby clearing all the data found on the device.

Even after doing this time and time again. The issues still persisted.

Are you sure you are ok factory reset means wiping out all data in the phone I suggested that because I thought that may help you but now I know you are a confirm trassion marketer

Firstly, different user different experience if truly you use a xiaomi device then I guess yours has a factory defect

And also don't write a review on a company when you have clearly handled only 1 xiaomi device.

Try contacting xiaomi for further assistance nairaland is not a phone repair company. As for the part of update try to factory reset your phone it will work better

Lagging of phones is also called hanging as you need to keep rebooting. Itel is bad news. How many games or apps will you download?

Not even up to 1 gig before the phone start hanging and worse is the phone can heat up for Africa.
At that time I didn't even care about ram or spec but now my eye don open
