The picture of the gear

I drive a Toyota 2003 Le model so it happened my gear revs on its own while driving then I took it to my mech,he changed the gear oil and had the gear oil changed to a dexron the three day,The gear stop loading,Few weeks later I got another gear, a toks and it was installed in the car,I brought a Toyota T-IV gear oil,The toks gear ended up using 8 liters,my mech tested the gear,only for the gear to have delay when it is about to change to gear 2,the car would drag and the gear would change forcefully,but we took it to where it was purchase and the man gave us a gear specialist and he said he would have to wash the gear filter and drain the oil and wash the gear filter and have it poured back,Am confused on what to do,Please somebody put me Thur,Because the car is packed right now,am attaching a picture of the old and new gear.A 10 pin

The problem is around your gear, but to take out engine, take car to a place where you have ample frontal space, and do the following with the engine running:

Put 'wedge' in front of tyres
Engage the parking brake
Press and hold down the brake firmly with your left foot.
Put the gear in D
Keep your eyes on the tachometer
Floor the throttle (with your right) for 3 second and let go immediately
Take note of what the tachometer reads during this test.

NOTE: This can only be done if the gear still moves.

The gear doesn't moves stall
