Dear Nairalanders, Please does any one know the best blackberry service in the range of the monthly complete package to use? At the moment, I am subscribed to the Glo BIS Monthly package with 3GB data for N1,400 charge. The issues I'm having with the service which I'm totally not comfortable with are; 1). Inability to receive Internet Service once my main credit balance is less than N30.00 Action taken so far: I called the Customer Service Centre when I couldn't receive internet access for over 24hours and the Customer Care Representative advised I recharge my account because there won't be internet access once my credit balance is less than N30.00. Truly, the Internet Service was restored after I recharged. Please is it proper for the balance on my main account to affect my internet access after paying the subscription fee for the later service? 2). Inability to recharge once its less than N30 and once there is no internet service except I insert the sim card into another phone before it will recharge. Please note that I use BB 9630 and I doubt if it is setting problem 3). Constant deductions of money from my main account. One of the numerous deductions is this, as at last night, I was having balance of N58.00 and by 6:30 this morning, saw N9.00 as balance without making any call or text message. Action taken so far: I called the Customer Care Service at three different times, to my surprise, the representatives said the Engineers are working on the system hence could not access my account and as a result, nothing can be done. In-view of all these, I have made up my mind to dump the Glo service and opt for another service provider that can provide BB service within the range earlier stated and that will be devoid of the above issues. Your piece of advise/suggestions will be appreciated. Thank you. |
