CrimeEvil Mother Confesses To Killing Two Of Her Children, Stuffing Bodies In Freezer by kingarmini(op): 10:02am On Jun 05, 2015
A mother of four who is accused of slaying two of her children and stuffing their bodies in a freezer at their Detroit, Michigan, home screamed during a custody trial on Thursday that she killed them. Mitchelle Blair, 35, was charged in April with torturing and beating to death her nine-year-old son Stephen Berry in August 2012, before suffocating her daughter, Stoni Blair, 13, the following May.
After killing them, she allegedly dumped her children's bodies in a deep freezer at her house. The victims' frozen bodies were found covered in plastic by officials during an eviction on March 24.
In court on Thursday, Blair started swearing loudly as a five-minute break was declared. As she was escorted out the room, she yelled, "0Everybody wants to know. Yes, I did kill her,' referencing Stoni.
At another point in the hearing, a videotape was played showing one of Blair's surviving two children - an eight-year-old boy - telling a social worker that he had witnessed the killing of his older brother.
In response, Blair yelled that he 'didn't see me kill Stephen, 'cause it was unintentional'. see full story here http://chrisomole..com/

SportsTop 10 Greatest African Players Ever! Photos by kingarmini(op): 9:54am On Jun 05, 2015
t’s that time of the year again. The time when an open-to-question “Best Players Ever” list that never fails to create some squall and controversy and rub the wrong way off a few people. But, put away the cliché manual. Forget the talk of Africa playing second fiddle to everything good football. It’s time to celebrate the players who have bought the African continent some prestige and eminence!
There is nothing that captures the interest of a football fan more than a round-table debate over who is the finest or the greatest. While many of these contests are inconclusive, open-to-doubt and rarely produce a unanimous verdict among fans, they certainly spawn a great topic of discussion.
But not with who represents the best in the Africa. The 10 Best actually. Throw up the superlatives. Unmatched, consummate, exceptional, unparalleled, unrivaled, peerless. And these players will be deserving of them. Their skill and approach to the beautiful game is incredible, their dominance and ascendancy on and off the pitch is so bewitched to accomplish that often you end up screaming, “How on earth did he do that?”
Here, your Top 10 Greatest Players Ever……
1. George Oppong Weah (Liberia)

For everything good football, George Weah was Africa’s frontiersman!
This list, surely, must be George Weah and nine others. When you’ve got him, it’s his team. Named the greatest African player of all-time, George Weah is the very characterization of footballing myth. In an era when footballers are as often on the front page of newspapers as the back, when they have become as well known for their spendthrift pay packets as their playmaking, when they are more liable to be modeling clothes than muddying them, there is at least one celebrated exception to football’s yob rule – George Weah. A worthy example on how to ball in Africa. He had speed, power and great shooting ability. He terrorized the defenders with his blistering pace and sheer presence. However, Weah served sleepless nights to Serie A defenders not because of his powerful body but because of his tremendous technical ability. He had sudden acceleration, great variation in his dodging ability, unbelievable shooting power and pinpoint accuracy.
Laurels: Won an FA Cup with Chelsea, 2 Serie A titles with AC Milan and the French Ligue 1 title with Paris Saint-Germain. Named World Player of the Year in 1995 by FIFA. Won CAF’s Player of the Year 3 times (1989, 1994, 1995), Onze d’Or (Onze Mondial European Footballer of the Year) and Ballon d’Or awards in 1995, UEFA Champions League top scorers (1994-95) and scored 194 goals in his goal-poaching line of business. And here, the pick of the bunch: “African Player of the Century” in 1996.
Stats that surely tell us what our eyes once saw: Weah is Africa’s best.
2. Samuel Eto’o Fils (Cameroon)

Samuel Eto’o, far left, shared the same stage with some of the world’s finest!
There are those that believe Eto’o Fils lives in the world of soccer’s greats on his day. And few with dispute the obvious truth. Fancy trickery and step-overs aren’t in truth his style. Nor is breaching through defences with utter brute muscle. But the one thing African footballer Samuel Eto’o does in good health: score goals. His gift to turn games and never-say-die attitude has lifted the striker to idolatry status in the eyes of the fanatical Cameroonian support. He’s a committed player, whose hunger for goals never gets in the way of his desire to do the best for his team. Eto’o is fast footed and capable of leaving his markers flailing behind him. He possesses a howitzer of a right foot, can link play beautifully and has also learned to hold the ball up more effectively. Thumping drives, delicate chips, jinking runs, audacious back-heels, even the odd header – the Cameroonian had a myriad of ways to find the net. As football became increasingly big business, Eto’o became the African ‘brand’. This attractive, enigmatic figurehead was now a comprehensive superstar, admired by all and feared by opponents.
Club: Mallorca: Copa del Rey (1): 2003, Barcelona (La Liga (3): 2004–05, 2005–06, 2008–09, Copa del Rey (1): 2009, Supercopa de España (3): 2005, 2006, UEFA Champions League (2): 2005–06, 2008–09) Internazionale: Serie A (1): 2009–10, Coppa Italia (2): 2010, 2011, Supercoppa Italiana (1): 2010, UEFA Champions League (1): 2009–10, FIFA Club World Cup (1): 2010

3. Abedi Ayew Pele (Ghana)

With Abedi’s every touch, he was hailed as one of the finest to have ever kicked the ball.
Brash. Skilful. Tricky. An uninhibited playmaker. Abedi Ayew Pele stands tall in the annals of football history in Africa. His enormous giving to football growth in Ghana and Africa are insuperable. Throw up an “African Best Player List” out to the watching public and the name Abedi Pele perpetually will make, even, the most elite list. His dexterous skills and elegant athleticism makes him one of Africa’s most successful exports and one of its most fêted sons. The only Ghanaian this far named in Pele’s ‘FIFA 100’ list of the greatest players in history, Ayew’s most important contribution to African football could be as inspiration to the next generations of African footballers that grew up watching him play against the best in the world. He wielded a perfect combination of aggression, passion and off-the-chain skill. His legacy can be seen at the uppermost levels on Europe’s pitches today, weighed down as they are with talent from Africa.People love Abedi because he embodies the soul of the sport rather than the science.
National team: 67 caps (33 goals)
Honours: Africa Cup of Nations winner (1982), Africa Cup of Nations Best Player (1992), African Player of the Year (1991, 1992, 1993), European Champions League winner (1993), French Ligue 1 champion (1989, 1990, 1991, 1992), French Cup winner (1989), Prince of Qatar Cup winner (1983) and UAE Cup winner (1999).
4. Nwankwo Kanu (Nigeria)

Kanu’s gift to the game earned him audience with greats as seen here with the Queen!
The most decorated player in African football history. That answers it. So, forget the poor lifestyle choices. Forget his health battles. Forget his slow pass of the ball. For years Kanu was the best player in Africa and a remarkable talent. Some of the world’s best defenders, although not admitting it publically, lived in fear of him. One of greatest ever, without doubt. There’s only one Nwankwo Kanu. A legend in his own time, Nwankwo Kanu is both the most successful and most consistent Nigerian international of his generation. He scored spectacular goals, terrorized defenders with his aggression and grit and went over the top when the boots were flying. As a forward he combined brute force and subtle skill to a devastating effect, which made him at his peak the majority of top-flight central defenders’ most-feared opponent. His head was always up, bless his lanky stature. He was constantly surveying the field, looking for his teammates, knew where his nearest opponents were, and you could tell he was always thinking three moves ahead. He had great ball control and his dribbling art in tight quarters was awesome-superb.
Honours: 1993 U-17 FIFA World Cup Winner. African Footballer of the Year: 1996 & 1999. African Cup of Nations : 1994 (Nigeria); Barclays Premier League : 2002, 2004 (Arsenal); Community Shield : 1999, 2000, 2003 (Arsenal); Eredivisie : 1994, 1995, 1996 (Ajax); European Super Cup : 1996 (Ajax); FA Cup : 2002, 2003 (Arsenal), 2008 (Portsmouth); FIFA Club World Cup : 1996 (Ajax); UEFA Champions League : 1995 (Ajax); UEFA Europa League : 1998 (Internazionale)
5. Roger Milla (Cameroon)

Roger Milla hit higher heights and here is seen playing football during the 1Goal launch of the Qatar FA project ‘Education at Your Feet’ at the Wanderers in Illovo.
For most players, the mid-thirties are a time of career flux. Having gone through their apprenticeship and learnt the ropes, thirty-something’s usually become frail components of the clubs and country’s they work for. But for Mr. Milla the reverse is true and the closer he edged to his forties, the more he hogged the limelight and became the poster boy of Cameroonian football. Roger Milla who won the best African footballer of the half century award is often ascribed as the encouragement behind modern African football and without doubt a major actor behind Cameroon’s football success story. The heart, soul and essence of the Cameroon sides of the ’80s and ’90s, Milla went on to be named the African Footballer of the 20th Century. Lofty heights for a man, especially considering that the award was earned based on his achievements after reaching the age of 38! As a player, the pedigree and that enviable bit of class was there, but the muse and inspiration was to come much later; at the end, as a matter of truth. Take a moment to mull over the odds of achieving what he did, despite living in and in lieu of a third world nation on the global stage and you’d arrive at the point where you realize Milla has indeed set the standards. At an age where very few can even lace up their boots for one more match, Milla actually dominated the play in an arena where most, if not all, of his teammates and adversaries were at least 10 years his junior…and that stage was the prevalent and biggest of them all. The memories “Sir” Milla left will take far longer to fade. His performance can only be attributed to passion and desire. To this day, the post-goal merriment of his days of glory in Italy is still mimicked. When a celebrant boogies around the corner flag, think of Mr. Milla. Age catches us all, and the last spiteful twist of fate for Roger Milla was that as his career was in its dusk; his country was emerging as a force to be reckoned with in international football. As his footballing aspirations were rising, his abilities to take dribbles at defenders were fading: but his heroics will be forever celebrated as coming in his final days while he was riding off into the sunset. Some footballers are great goalscorers. Others are scorers of great goals. Roger Milla was both.
Club honours: 1972 and 1973 Cameroon League and Cup Champion. 1975 African Cup Winners Cup. 1980 and 1981 French Cup winner. 1987 French second-division champion

Individual: FIFA 100 Best Players. CAF Best African Player of the last 50 years: 2007. African Footballer of the Year: 1976, 1990. CAF Africa Cup of Nations joint-top scorer: 1984 (four goals), 1986 (four goals). CAF Africa Cup of Nations best player: 1986.
National Honours: CAF Africa Cup of Nations winner: 1984, 1988.

HealthFor Men Check Out 4 Foods That Boost Male Fertility. by kingarmini(op): 9:55am On Jun 04, 2015
ind out what to eat in order to improve the quality of your sperm and boost the volume of ejaculation. Although infertility is often associated with just women, men suffer from it.
Causes of male infertility include poor nutrition, smoking, environmental chemicals and poor detoxification processes by the body.
In order to prevent/ reduce this, it is essential to eat a diet high in antioxidants, here are the four foods to eat in order to boost your fertility.
DARK CHOCOLATE- This is a rich source of the amino acid L-arginine which studies show can increase the volume of ejaculate and improve sperm count and motility. The darker the chocolate, the better, so, try the delicious bittersweet 85 per cent dark chocolate.
WATER- This a very simple, cheap way to boost your sperm as semen is water based and increasing liquid consumption can help increase the ejaculate and improve sperm production. Ensure it is only more water that you are consuming, as caffeine, a diuretic, and soft drinks may be linked with lowering sperm counts.
WALNUTS- These are rich in omega 3 fatty acids and according to a study by the Society for the Study of Reproduction eating 2.5 oz or around 75g of walnuts (about a handful) daily is linked with increased sperm vitality, motility and morphology (the sperms size and shape). They are also a great way to add flavour and crunch to salads or as a nutritious mid afternoon snack to help manage blood sugar levels.

PoliticsGood News, Port Harcourt Refinery Repairs End Soon by kingarmini(op): 10:21am On Jun 03, 2015
Nigeria’s biggest refinery, Port Harcourt Refining Company (PHRC) Limited has said its refinery rehabilitation is nearing completion.
Managing Director, Dr. Bafred Audu Enjugu also said upon completion of work, the 210,000 barrels per day refinery would have attained 80 per cent capacity utilization.
According to him, the remaining rehabilitation work will, however, be carried out in phases in a strategy that would permit operations to progress at available units of the complex while repairs continue on other processing units.
When completed, the refinery is expected to stop significant volume of petroleum products currently imported, substantially cut subsidy bill on government and also evolve a sustainable model for use of in-country capacity for maintenance of all local refineries.
The Executive Director, Operations, Mr. V. A. Ugochukwu, said the refinery had concentrated on production of low value products in the past because units that optimize full value production were not available due to long period of lack of required Turn-Around Maintenance (TAM).
He said the operations and maintenance team has robust experience to bring the plants to full operations, add maximum value to crude oil, and pump out premium products to the market.
Also speaking, Executive Director, Services, Sir Ralph Ugwu, stated that the rehabilitation project is receiving full host community support and has seen unprecedented staff enthusiasm in tackling such an intricate and complicated challenge.
According to him, the rehabilitation is to be carried out by indigenous workforce without compromising standards, adding that the project model would give full expression to the targets and objectives of the highly-applauded Nigerian Content policy which, he explained, has been very successful in the upstream sector of the petroleum industry.
With the project, he said, PHRC would lead to the implementation and compliance of Nigerian Content policy in the downstream end of the industry.
Enjugu told visiting journalists in Port Harcourt that the management, with the support of the parent company – Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), have used the period of crude supply glitch at the refinery to embark on rehabilitation of Area I which hosts the Crude Distillation Unit (CDU) to pave way for simultaneous operations and upgrade of other units ahead of July when crude supply to the plant is expected to be restored.
Enjugu said Area I of the refining complex is prioritized because of process sequence while the optimization units such as the Catalytic Reformation Unit (CRU) and the Fluid Catalytic Cracking Unit (FCCU) are to be rehabilitated subsequently. The units, he said, further process initial output of the CDU to produce premium products used for blending primary products of CDU to achieve products of high octane rating.
The 210, 000 barrels per day refinery is expected to exceed 80 per cent availability by first quarter of 2016 when all the units are expected to have been fully revamped and upgraded. http://chrisomole..com/

PoliticsOkorocha Begins His 2019 Presidential Campaign by kingarmini(op): 9:30am On Jun 03, 2015
Barely three days after his second term inauguration as the Governor of Imo State, Owelle-Rochas Okorocha Oon has abandoned governance for politics. Okorocha who has never hidden his desire to become Nigeria's President at any cost possible was in Sokoto few days ago to inspect projects done by the former Governor of the State, Aliyu Wamakko and also "receive royal blessings" from the Sultan of Sokoto, Saad Abubakar III.
Governor Okorocha insists that he has cut a deal with President Muhammadu Buhari to handover power to him come 2019, when the President would have served out his first term in office. The Governor had even gone ahead to christen Buhari, Okechukwu, an Igbo name which means; "A share from God". In explaining his reason for choosing such a name for the President, Chief Okorocha says; "God has given Buhari power so that the turn of the Igbo's and of course, Rochas Okorocha to occupy that seat will be closer. And it has come to pass." However, the President and his team seems not to be aware of any power deal or any one term agreement.
Apart from the visit to Sokoto, the Imo State Governor is also said to have been deeply involved in some high level negotiations with his Northern friends and political associates to immediately kick start his presidential campaign. A source close to the Governor confided in Yours Sincerely; "Owelle is eminently qualified for the office of the President. He is actually a presidential material, he only descended to salvage Imo State from decay. He has achieved that, and nothing will be left to chance, in pushing for the nation's number one job come 2019. The earlier the better, so if you say he has begun some subterranean moves, you may be right. While it is Governor Okorocha's inalienable right to contest for the highest office in the land, our Governor must be advised to sit down and deliver on his electioneering promises, and not be distracted by such ambition as there is still ample time to pursue that goal. http://chrisomole..com/

SportsShocker! Madrid Sacks Carlo Ancelloti See Reasons Here by kingarmini(op): 11:40pm On May 25, 2015
The Italian coach, who guided the club to their 10th Champions League crown last season, has paid the price for a poor second half of the season

Real Madrid have announced they have sacked Carlo Ancelotti as head coach.

The Italian coach has been widely expected to leave the Santiago Bernabeu this summer after a disappointing end to the 2014-15 season, which saw Madrid lose out to Barcelona in the Liga title race and exit the Champions League at the semi-final stage at the hands of Juventus.

The reigning European champions have now confirmed they have parted ways with the man who delivered La Decima to the club.

Madrid president Florentino Perez said: "I want to tell you that we have decided to relieve Carlo Ancelotti of his duties as Real Madrid coach. It’s been a very difficult decision for the board but as I always say, we haven’t come here to take the easy decisions but the best decisions for the institution.
"Carlo Ancelotti in these two years, has won the affection of the board and my personal affection and that of the fans. Carlo is part of our history. But as we all know, in Madrid the demands are great. We think it’s time for a new impulse which can allow us to win new titles and achieve our maximal level of competitiveness.

"With our great team, talent and hard work we can give satisfaction and success to our fans. I want to thank Carlo for his hard work in the last two years and tell him this is still is house and home. Next week we will know the name of the new coach of Real Madrid.

When asked about the possible candidates for the job, Perez added: "It would be good if the new manager spoke Spanish."

Ancelotti delivered four trophies at Madrid in a remarkable 2014, as the Blancos won the Copa del Rey, Champions League, European Super Cup and Club World Cup.
The former Paris Saint-Germain boss has been linked with a return to AC Milan, where he won Serie A and two Champions League titles, with Rossoneri CEO Adriano Galliani heading to the Spanish capital to meet with Ancelotti. Rumours in England also linked West Ham with a shock approach for the former midfielder.

However, the 55-year-old confirmed after Madrid's 7-3 thrashing of Getafe that he intends to take a year's sabbatical from the game in order to undergo surgery on a nervous complaint.

Napoli boss Rafa Benitez is the favourite to succeed Ancelotti at Santiago Bernabeu.

PoliticsGovs Reunite To Fight Okonjo-iweala ( This One Serious Oh) by kingarmini(op): 8:53pm On May 24, 2015
ABUJA—The nation’s governors, yesterday, put aside the two-year feud that factionalised the Nigeria Governors Forum, NGF, and demanded an account of the estimated $20 billion they claimed accrued to the Excess Crude Account, ECA, while the NGF crisis lasted.
The demand which was directed at the Minister of Finance, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, was immediately rebuffed by the minister, who asked the governors to seek clarification from their finance commissioners.

Reflective of their new unity, the governors by consensus, adopted Governor Abdulaziz Yari of Zamfara State as the new chairman of the NGF to take over from Governor Rotimi Amaechi, who presided at the session. Governor Jonah Jang of Plateau State, who had claimed chairman of the other faction of the NGF, was absent at the meeting that was, however, attended by several members of his faction.
Rising from the meeting which commenced late on Monday and ended in the wee hours of yesterday, the governors urged the minister to explain the circumstances sorrounding the money that accrued to the ECA between June 2013 and April 2015.
Reading a communiqué at the end of the meeting which started 9 pm and ended 1am, the outgoing chairman, Governor Amaechi announced that Governor Yari was adopted as chairman of the body to serve for one year from May 2015 to May 2016.
The meeting which took place at the Lagos/ Osun Hall of Transcorp Hilton, Abuja, also approved the establishment of a Governors’ Forum Academy to be tagged the NGF Leadership Academy that would be responsible for capacity building of governors and other officials holding public office and to be overseen by the secretariat of NGF.
According to the governors, there would be an induction course for new and returning governors in June, 2015 aimed at equipping them with knowledge of global best practices in the running of their offices.
The governors, who congratulated the President-Elect, Muhammadu Buhari on his election also hailed President Goodluck Jonathan for his statesmanship in accepting the outcome of the elections.
The communiqué read thus: “We are hereby reconciled and reunited as a single umbrella association of the 36 state governors of Nigeria regardless of party or region.
“Forum congratulates the President-elect, Muhammadu Buhari on his victory in the recent presidential election which held on March 28, 2015 and President Goodluck Jonathan for his statesmanship in accepting the outcome of the elections.
“In light of the fact that funds in the Excess Crude were disbursed in May 2013, there is need for the Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala to provide explanation for accruals to this account from June 2013 to April 2015 which is estimated at over$20 billion.”
