-It is still a win for all governors.
-Rich states can continue to fund their caretaker chairmen until LG elections are conducted.
-All LGA chairmen nationwide will still work in synergy with their state governors concerning their received monthly allocations from FG Na Gov put them there.
-This development will affect the Northern governors terribly because of their low IGR and the way their Local government system is structured. Almost every adult in the North is a local Gov employee.
-The Northern governors will turn against the president in 2027.
-Tinubu is not fit to be Nigeria's president in this time and era. He is too currupt, too cunning with no clear identity, he has worsened the economy and he lacks ideas.

Appeal court has never recognized Amaewhule as the speaker or member of the house of assembly.
Appeal court only ruled that the previous court that entertained the matter(Rivers State high court) lacked the competent jurisdiction to entertain the matter and that the matter should be taken to the right court which is the Appeal court. The appeal court never reinstated the former 27 lawmakers.

FUBARA DID NOT REMOVE THE FORMER ELECTED CHAIRMEN. THEIR 3 YEAR TENURE ENDED AND THEY UNLAWFULLY EXTENDED THEIR TENURE TO 6 MONTHS WHICH IS AGAINST THE CONSTITUTION OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA.

The fact that Agbadorians are jubilating on the Supreme Court ruling because they think it will ONLY affect Rivers State is laughable.

- Rivers State is not the only state currently running a CT system in Nigeria.

- Rivers State Electoral Commission has already fixed LG elections for Oct.2024 & not INEC.

- Rivers State is a very rich state & Gov. Sim can still fund/pay the caretaker chairmen till Oct. when the LG elections would be conducted by Rivers State Electoral commission . He would erect his own "structure" at the grassroot before then.

- Many poor State Governors (especially in the North, South west, east ) who are currently running a caretaker chairmen system would revolt & would not implement the Supreme Court ruling because if they do, no money for them again.

- Not all elected local government chairman would betray their Governors. Dem go just dey chop Tinubu federal government money but dem go still pledge alliegence to their governors at the end.

-Wike, when he became Governor in 2015, dissolved democratically Elected local government Chairmen and seized their allocations till date and now he is currently the savior and messiah of Agbadorians

- Wike also appointed caretaker chairmen and they stayed for 9 months before he conducted LG elections.

Federal police should be converted to an agency, like the FBI in USA. They will rein in on the excesses of state police’ abuse of power, act as linchpin between states, and protect Nigeria from organised crime.

But I have this very strong belief that this plan will scatter at the last minute. It doesn't matter how long it has been in place. God has the final say and I also believe he has a different and better plan for his people.
APC will lose power some day in Nigeria and just like other previous cartels, you guys will vanish.
