This is not wooden floor. Wooden floor is made of real wood not engineered wood. It looks more like laminate or vinyl.

When this one scratches, you can’t buff it, but with real wood flooring you can.

Scratches and pitting from sand and little pebbles are the major drawbacks from this material.


Real wooden floor is very very expensive. Even more expensive than marble.

It’s waste of money, in my opinion .

Some of them require adhesive, like Vinyl. While SPC and laminate do not.

We sell it by sqm. But if you want a carton, we can also sell. The ones I posted are Vinyl which are 8500 for a sqm.

Please does anyone know what is the best flooring to use in bathroom/toilet to avoid slipping when the floor is wet?

I observe that most houses in Nigeria use the regular smooth tiles and i am worried that this type of tile is an accident waiting to happen when the floor is wet especially if you have an aged that will be living in the property.

Any advise on this please?

If you're thinking of purchasing wooden floors, SPC is the best because it is waterproof. It doesn't get slippery after bathing and it doesn't swell up if water is left on it for too long.
