Good morning builders and future builders in the house. Please, I'm about to start finishing of a 6 unit 2 bedroom flat in Enugu so please give me your best quotes if you’re an expert in any of the below mentioned jobs.

1 - Aluminum casement window using white profile, Burglary pipe and Blue glass (5mm)

Dimensions -

900mmx1400 = 42 units
900mm x 900mm = 6 units
600mm x 700mm = 18 units
600mm x 10000mm = 4 units

2. Plastering, door and window installation and dressing of 6 units of 2 bedroom flat.

3. Pop and Cornice (please give me your best price per sqm with and without labour)

4. Turkish doors for outside and internal (also for bathroom, kitchen and bedroom)

5. Kitchen installation

6. Wardrobe

The 40 trips of filling sand should tell you that it’s a high foundation and most likely in a slope. Therefore, he might need up to 4000 blocks.
But for the rods, too many different sizes, except they plan on having some in the German floor.
The trip if granite is definitely 10 tons considering the price on that list. It might not even be enough.

I don't know the terrain of where you intend to build but I think 4000blocks is way too much for a 2bedroom block of flat (2 flats on the ground floor).

5trips of granite? How many tons per Trip? If his estimate is 10tons per Trip then that won't be enough for the foundation works.

He quoted 16mm,12mm,10mm,8mm,6mm. Nawao. I hope you have a structural design for this project, the sizes and numbers of reinforcement should be based on the structural design. The reinforcement quantity is inflated and I don't see the need for 8mm,6mm,10mm all at the same time. Get advise from a quantity surveyor biko.

Laterite of 40trips is Seems much, though depends on the height of the foundation you intend to build.

Labour and supervision charges looks okay but you can negotiate a little for it.

I’m about to start build 6 flats of 2 bedroom in Enugu, Nigeria and below is my engineer’s estimate for foundation, could you guys please analyse it and tell me if it’s too much and advise on what to remove or how much to negotiate for labour and supervision for example and if materials are too much or not… I will really appreciate it.
