Meaning the names of those due for promotion have been compiled.
One of two thing can play out.
Option 1: Automatic promotion without sightings documents.
Option 2: fixed a time for promotion interview/verification of documents before implementation.
Which ever the government chooses, the onus lie with them.

If you re refering to "Data collection form for 2025 promotion exercise", yes.
But, it's a single form given to principal to fill for all their staff and submit. This form has been given for at least three weeks now and many principal/ their delegated personnel have fill and submitted same to board.

I don't have answer for who gave the directive but only respond to the issue on ground.

The correct procedure is 1) Zonal Directors to go to Board HQtrs to collect the list.

2) Teachers go to Zonal Director to pick up the letter (i.e. the page where their name appears)

3) Teachers makes 5 copies of that page and bring back to Zonal Director.

4) Zonal Director ticks the teacher's name and on all the copies, then teacher to write original collected by me on one copy.

5) The Zonal Director keeps the copy on which the teacher wrote plus one more copy. That is 2 copies remaining 3 copies

6) The teacher keeps one copy for him/herself, gives one to the present principal and one to the new principal

Where are you expecting to receive the information
You go to your zonal board, check your name then the officer "on duty" will tick your name and you report at the new place .
Note: NO INDIVIDUAL TRANSFER LETTER.

Good evening everyone. The intra Zonal transfer of teachers employed in 2013, was approved for implementation, after a strenuous review process today. Few corrections were made in respect of core subjects and the list will be pasted at the Zonal office on Thursday 04/0925 afternoon, while collection of letters will continue on Friday 05/09/25, for onward movement to the new duty post, on resumption day for the 2024/2025 academic year.

All staff under RSSSSB that have issue of Non-payment of August salary should immediately see the Director Payroll at the Board headquarters for necessary documentation as regards to payment of August Salary on or before Thursday 4 September 2025.

The OP, only can provide the answer.
School you were with as at vacation, is your current school.
Case B; if a new posting was done and you know the new school or better still have resume, then and only then, can the current (as at school closings) become former.
It was reported that there is a new posting list but before it could be implemented, the implementation is suspended.
By that analysis, there was NO KNOWLEDGE of the new school neither REPORTING/DOCUMENTATION. By the above, you have only your current as your place of service.
