It keeps showing "scrambled channel"

Hello honourable people.....someone please help me.......my DSTV 11.900 H 27500 just stopped working yesterday.........please help me out

installations,it will prompt for a
password,enter 0000,scroll down to
manual scan.were u see
frequecy,press any number,u'll be
asked to edit or add,click on add and
enter 12522,scroll down to symbol
rate and enter 45000 and make sure
were u see polarization it shld be
v...afta doing all of the above,press
ok on ur remotw to scan new
channels....feel free to call or ask
were u encounter deficulties
