If the people saddled with the responsibility of waste mgt are living up to expectations, these aboki cart pushers will have no one to patronize them. The next thing, they will start blaming the people for indiscriminate dumping of refuse when they have not provided efficient waste collection points, no efficient waste evacuation and disposal team.
