How can someone invest in real estate

Meerahbel:
Thank you for your this question.

Risk=Rich
Fear is what is holding many people from reaching the peak.

You can save by either living below your means. However savings CANNOT make you rich.

Let assume you just got a job, you can squat with friends or stay with parents and when you want to get your own apartment go for a single room not a self contained or if you lucky the jobs gives you accommodation (you are to left with only the expanse to feed yourself) With 60k, save 20% that's N20,000 a year would give you 240,000, that's if accommodation is provided but if no accommodation is unavailable you can do 5-10k per month, you can decide to buy a plot of land or invest in crypto, stocks market most especially foreign stocks (because earning in naira is no longer profitable), Treasury bill, or FG savings bonds (5000 to start by the way and you get interest quarterly) Your return can be used to pay monthly bill in the case of FG savings bonds school fees though or professional qualifications exams.

Invest FIRST, then SPEND the rest.

Everything is all about planing, the day you start taking actions and stop complaining or giving excuses you would see the difference.

Another cheat code to wealth is in Real Estate.
For instance, a land I bought for 800,000 in 2015, today that land is worth more than 15 million naira, you can decide to sell and go but an acre some other place. When you buy the acre, you self a plot or two and go to another place buy an acre and RINSE & REPEAT.

I am invested in the following;
1. Crypto
2. Stocks market (both local and foreign) I use trove for foreign stocks, if you interested use the link on my profile to get started we both get free shares.
3. Real Estate
4. Nigerian Treasury Bills
5. FG savings bond
6. REITs (silent money spinner)
7. Remote jobs - By next year I will no longer do 9-5 anymore, I done with onsite jobs
8. My Spa business

No rich person depends on one source of income.

I hope this helps.

Can you buy wit naira master card from any of this that you mention

Samantha125:
I haven't tried Temu yet, but I've been ordering stuff from Shein, Amazon, and Takealot... Takealot is only available in SA.

And as an introvert that doesn't like crowded environments, these shops have made life easier for me... And if you're not happy with their products, you can return them and get a refund.

I've seen some YouTubers doing some reviews on Temu and it's not that bad... But it's always wise to check the reviews of the product you want to purchase before you can purchase it.

They are everywhere this period, check your toilet water sink if broken or collapse and get plumber to block is, then your kitchen washing hand basing water sink always cover it at night, those are openings they followed to your house

Then spray insecticide on cupboards, pull up the washing hand basing and spray, because they're hiding underneath, do it constantly at night ,on till they are no more, Use BNC
