While and when I opened an account in your platform, I provided without being asked all my drivers license as ID and phone number with mail address where verified. There's nothing to verify again. I started betting. I kept loosing and lost most after which I started making some come back gains. During this period I withdraw some money after 3 days this money wasn't sent to me. It says transaction succeeded and successful in your platform. After reaching out to the support channels on my delayed withdrawal. The agent instead of paying me my money or offering me any reasonable help or inform me if anything was causing or holding my money. One of them rudely says I should go to my bank and I should not disturb her again and immediately ended the section. Here's My own latest story.
something I wasn't expecting happened to me this morning. I usually use this bookmaker to play sport betting which I assume is more flexible for me as I love playing in- live matches and their options allows and helps my choices.

This pass weekend on Sat 19th . I made a withdrawal request of 18k. Normally it used to be less than 30 mins- 1hr max to reach my bank. My people since this Saturday till now I've not received my money.



I had about 23k left on the bet account. I chatted them earlier this morning for a possible solution to the delay. I was told by their agent to lodge a mail complaint and attach my bank statement of account from the 19th . I went and did as I was advised.

I attached it to the mail I sent to them.


My people of Nigeria. I wake up late this morning only to try to open or access my account I discovered I was logged out from the app and my details became invalid. They have deactivated my account straight up


I called their customer care line for them to help me understand what is going on. The agent told me that my login details (phone number and email I used in opening the account didn't bring out any info) that it shows I don have account with them.


Guys this how my 40k is gone
