Just wen i decided to subscribe, u now reviewed the price upward.
I was at the site yesterday(sunday). It is not at Gberigbe. Quite a distance from gberigbe.
If the former price will be sustained i.e 100 by 50 500k. then lets roll.

Oh! Sorry about the upward review of the price, once a firm puts up any major infrastructure on site, the price goes up automatically. Oke-Lisa is in Gberigbe, just like Igbokuta that links Gberigbe with Imota.

I have another property at Agbowa, that's selling its 50x100ft for N525,000. It's on a promotional offer till Nov 21st before it reverts back to N600,000. T & C applies. Gosgra Neighbourhood Estate phase 2 is also selling for N600,000 at Mosafejo opposite the phase 1.
