The problem with you guys is lack of integrity. When a payment is completed, it is then you will start introducing developmental fee, registration fee and other fraudulent money from your clients.

I'm sorry if you've had any of such dealings with any real estate firm where appropriate details weren't spelt out initially. But picking up my thread to publish this isn't the best, especially since you've not had any transaction with me before, and can't accuse me of hoarding any useful information that made your decision to buy regrettable.

Every Firm has an FAQ for their product which I believe all details will be spelt out clearly. Blevic garden estate doesn't charge any of such registration fee, and for developmental levy yes, all real estate firm collects developmental levy which is what is used for the provision of drainages, strings for electricity distribution and other estate facilities. Blevic Garden Estate hasn't even determined its developmental levy as at now.

Putting up a generic statement that we all lack integrity is not true. If the Consultant/Agent that sold the property to you didn't inform you of additional fees like Survey fee, documentation fee (Deed of Assignment), then later when you start construction on site of Developmental levy, the consultant/agent should be blamed.
