Thanks BossladyMo,

Chosen occupation is poultry farmer. I tried to make it suit the ANZSCO job description without making it look word for word. Please I will PM you to be sure I am on the right track

bossladyMo:
You can use the same wordings...I did.

But ensure your job description fits the ANZSCO job description.

What is your nominated occupation?

Hello, please I have a quick question on VETASSESS assessment.

Can I use the same job description that I used for VETASSESS application on my employment reference letter or do I need to re-word it a bit?

Many thanks in advance.
TravelRe: General Australian Visa Enquiries by kolawolead(m): 10:57am On Jan 24, 2015
Thanks @BossladyMo, I will go ahead and lodge my application with VETASSESS ASAP then
bossladyMo:
My transcript was released 2 months after I lodged with VETASSESS, but I still got my assessment at the 3 month allocated processing time...so I ended up waiting for 3months in total, instead of waiting an extra 2 months for transcript before lodging.

So the choice is yours. But if you are sure your complete transcript will be released in 2 months or less, I would advise you go ahead and lodge.

@abhim, I am in the same both as you, Bossladymo has has been a blessing to many including me. I have now also requested for my transcript from lautech agric economics. I dont intend to initiate application with VETASSES until I know the the transcript is near the finish stages. I hope that is not a dumb move @Bossladymo? @abhim, let's stay in touch to share ideas and so on
abhim:
@Bossladymo,thank you I'm forwarding my details to the person helping with the transcript today. And I'd keep you updated as events unfold, I would need a close guidance from you, hope I'd be obliged.are you saying I shouldn't mention the banking experience at all?
TravelRe: General Australian Visa Enquiries by kolawolead(m):
Many thanks for your help on this. I want to ask a big favor bossladyMo, could you please kindly PM me at ***? I found that the visa type you have applied on is the exact one I am working on and you advise will be invaluable. please be assured I would only contact you for sensible enquiries. I have seen in some of your posts you'd be leaving soon ni oh, and I know life can get so busy that you wont be frequent on here... please oh.

bossladyMo:
Something on the letterhead will work. It should contain your payments + benefits, your tax paid, your gross and net salary paid. Your employer reference letter should also state your salary.

Those were the 2 docs I submitted to VETASSESS, and they were accepted.

Thanks for this bossladyMo, it's a medium sized farm so salaries were not automated. I am sure the director would agree to issue payslips for me. This may sound a bit dumb but please take me as I am - would something desinged off excel or msword be ok? (P.S - farm is registered, legitimate and in active operation)

bossladyMo:
Bank statements nko? If you don't have those as well, you will have to tell them to issue you payslips for each month that you've worked for them.....1 payslip every quarter should suffice....most importantly, your first and last payslip

@bossladyMo, God bless you and all others for your help and support.

I work on a farm where there are no payslips or tax and it is part of the requirements to assess my skills. First degree is Agric Econs from Lautech and I have worked in a poultry. Can you please advise? Thanks

Seems like your job duties qualify you for Poultry Farmer. Poultry Farmer is on the QLD 489 list as at today.

Step 1 - Google 121321 poultry farmer, and read the jobdescription as outlined by abs.gov.au. See if your current job duties fit at least 75%

Step 2 - Read about the 489 visa well...just google it and click on the immi link. It is a provisional visa that leads to permanent residency after residing and working in a regional area for 2 yrs, but does not entitle you to centrelink or medicare.

If youare fine with the 489 visa...

Take a mock points test, using an average score of 7 in english. You need to get a total score of 60. You get 10 points for selecting a 489 visa, so all you need is to get a 50 from other criteria like age, work experience, english language, credentials.

If you get at least a 60...

1. Get your credentials and work experience assessed by VETASSESS.
2. Register for IELTS
3. Submit EOI
4. Apply for state sponsorship
5. Once invited to apply, lodge your visa application
6. Medicals
7. Visa grant

What are your qualifications?

Vicjustice:
Looking at the above line, one would think you read the opening article before making your comment, how come you still asked the questions that are addressed in it?
Many thanks for creating and maintaining this informative thread Vicjustice. My question is not directly related to documents but I would be grateful if you have any guidance for me on this one.

I am applying for the Canadian study visa and I completed my B.tech degree in 2008. Due to the high cost of PG study, I intend to obtain a college admission. Based on your experience, do I have good (if any?) chance of being granted a study visa?

Please accept my apologies if this has been mentioned somewhere in previous posts. Thank you
PoliticsRe: Aregbesola's Last Minute Desperate Moves by kolawolead(m):
Adeleke's strides remain as vivid as ever....
salaksmana: The electorate are not in any dilemma, forget all this online analysis, poll etc. Osun people had decided "how" to vote even before any party presented there candidate. Most are of the opinion that all politicians have killed before (directly or indirectly), so "accusations" of Omisore killing Bola Ige (whether true or not) has not found any base in the heart of the people. Lastly, this is just a bitter true, Adeleke is not as relevant as people think, I school in Ede and people don't really give a damn about him, he was a governor some 20years ago and those that were available in his generation hasn't pass any good comment about him down to the present generation. Let us all patiently wait for the JUDGEMENT DAY.
