Fact and no need to pause when you are downloading a digital game bought from psn store because it will automatic saved on your console and when you are updating a game on cd you may need to pause or else you may need to start all over again when nepa took the light.

So in essence it will always continue when it is interrupted by power supply or network?? No need to pause?

I would have directed you to ask your General Overseer but i will help...if your downloading a digital game from the psn store and nepa take the light...you will continue from where you stop in a different way...what i mean is if you're downloading a game of 50gb for example and nepa took the light when your download progress is at 25gb...when the light comes back on and you start the download the total file size will be 25gb which means your previous downloaded files is saved on your ps4 hard drive.

I'm just asking to be sure cos I'm new to the whole buying game online thing. I no want enter one chance. Power supply in my area is usually good but I still don't trust them. Don't want to keep wasting data

If no then you gotta start all over,let me teach you a new trick bro always pause and resume download at 2gb intervals or depending on the internet speed.

Please good people of God what happens if I am downloading a new game from the PSN store and my electricity goes off and i restart my PS4 later? Does the download start afresh from zero percent or does the console save the already downloaded part.
