MizSparks:Usually the face is always darker dan the neck cos of sun rays on the face or facial pimples etc buh u can use ur foundation /powder to even it out. When u wanna buy ur foundation, test it on ur neck not face as seen below so dat at the end of the day, both face and neck look same
