Evening house.

Well here goes my ordeal with repairguru.

I Paid 20k to him two months ago for my screen (samsung a9) and till date i'm yet to receive my screen or a refund.

first of all i asked him how long it would take for me to get in Jos because he's in lag. Baba said 1 week, after 2 weeks i went to the post office i got nothing from them. Why i didn't go the first week was the interstate Ban was still on then, After that i called him he said it is yet to arrive i should wait for 1 more week which i did and nothing arrived. i went after a week again to the PO they said it's not possible for an item to take this long i should give them the tracking number. I called repairguru and he said he doesn't have it but he will send it to me once he gets to the PO. i waited and got nothing i messaged him the next day he said he posted my screen to a wrong address. Imagine this lie after a month of waiting and me sending you my address twice only for you to tell me this. Since he claimed he sent to a wrong address i decided to wait let him send it to me. Every time i call this guy since July till now he claims he is busy and stress he cant waybill it for me i asked him for a refund he said i should wait 1 week after that week i sent him my account number he brought another excuse that he is yet to sell the screen. i said if the screen is with him let him send it since he claims no buyer But this guy refused. Anytime i message him since then is stress and him not having time to waybill for me. Always coming up with one excuse or the other i had to start looking for contacts to send this guy, since he claims the park i mentioned where far from where he is. I found a Man around Ikorodu axis were he claims he resides, Till date he's yet to send my screen nor my money back. i have pleaded with this guy because i collected a loan of 40k which i was supposed to pay around 46k in return i couldn't pay because i wanted to sell the phone so i could pay them back i paid 20k and was unable to complete the remaining payment now i'm still left with 41k to pay. And this dude is using me to play.

For once i've never spoken to this dude with harsh words. But i kept getting silly excuses since. Country hard baba send me my screen or refund me make i find way pay this guys you've already messed me up big time. But on God sha what you did to me someone else will do to you.

Repairguru(BUKOLA ABISOLA ADESANYA) kindly refund me my money or send my screen.

Bought series of goods here, had series of experiences with different sellers.

Some were rude, no good customer relationship but this guy called Kreamie is totally different.

Kreamie knows how to relate with customers, humble manner of approach, respectful, accurate and honest in his transactions.

Thanks Kreamie and keep up the great work!

As a business owner, if you don't have the key to turn a first time customer into a returning customer for more and more business transaction then such business is like a house built without a solid foundation.

Kreamie has the key and he won my heart for more and more business.
