There is a manner of approach to everything. Kulkid simply do not have a good manner of approach especially considering that this transaction in question has deviated from the normal strictly formal seller customer professional interaction.
When you consider all the favours granted Kulkid by themonk. You will understand that if kulkid had calmly explained the situation to the monk with humility and gratitude and made him see and understand the situation i am sure they would have found a solution but i bet kulkid was banking on coming here to ruin themonk reputation if anything goes wrong(he always had it at the back of his mind).
Now Considering all the pestering themonk had to endure for days over this one deal. I can imagine his reaction when kulkid came up again with another battery story. He is only human, who knows maybe you would have reacted worse. But kulkid seems like the cocky type with his warri mentality and thus here we are.

PS: they both are at the receiving edge. Do you know how it feels and the damage that will be done to your business to be labelled a fraudster(right or wrong) for whole world to see?

As a matter of fact if that battery is charging and can hold a charge but is indicating that its not original then in all honesty kulkid went overboard with this.
My dell charger got burnt. I bought another charger it charges the battery but it reminds me from time to time that it is not an original dell charger and 2 out of ten times when i plug to charge it says "battery not charging", meanwhile seller swore that it is an original at the point of purchase and i parted with 6k. You dont see me opening a thread to brand seller a fraudster.

I still regrets going back to reopen the deal due to some reasons but if he@themonk is a good business man he'll know that satisfying a customer should be his top priority and not some dstv show he was watching when I came to settle this issue at his place.And the only time I ever threatened him was after standing for hours and these liar refused to come out! Yes I do,my fault was for reopening the deal,something I regret till today.That's my only fault,I could have just walked away and risked a face off with my uncle and allow the rest money I lost which include selling my clean working iphone 6s plus 64gb for 48k that day in computer Villiage just because of this laptop and spending close to 5K for this deal.Bro I was losing approximately close to 20K if not more than.But I could have just walked away if I knew it would turn out like this.Lesson:In life we win some we lose some,learn to know when to walk away!

See in this life, approach to issue is very very important. Now going by the purchase of a new battery, if you know about gadgets very well especially in computer village, you would know that the guarantee on a particular item is not always more than 7-14 days after purchase, what if this grace period has passed? Also, the buyer seems to know about the issue of the battery hence he returned it, why did he go back to purchase it again?

Going forward which is the solution, has the buyer been reasonable enough to get a fair after sales help? Obviously no, he even threatened the seller and i bet if this matter is taken before a judge in the court of law, the seller would loose. The magnanimity of letting a total stranger sleep in your house is equal to being Mother Theresa and cannot be overemphasized, it should not be looked at as something ordinary especially in this country where security is a big challenge.

That being said, themonk can just help by refunding the guy and collect his laptop back or agree to pay half the price of a new battery. Also, dragnet should change the title of the topic.

Thank you sir for your honest response you see...what causes dispute in business and even aside business is lack of communication and jumping into conclusion.Like I said before when I first noticed the issue of the battery I took it back to him and tried to explain what was going on but this guy in question refused to even listen to me,he was insulting me.And he gave me my money back! After going home I realized I have spent close to 5K just for tfare and feeding while on this laptop issue.Then I told myself why not call him and try to reason with him maybe this battery is just a minor issue because as at then the laptop never showed anything like unauthorized or not geniune but it was showing plugged in but not charging(NOTE THIS IT'S IMPORTANT).Also my uncle was making threats of throwing me out of the house because my story did not add up...I was in pain and confusion because all I went through was because of this laptop so am I going to just go like that! Hope u understand me! I picked up my phone and called him@themonk and I apologised even if it was not in my place to but I needed us to be on good terms because u never know what tommorow will bring.Someone will always say it's wise to make more friends than enemies!
