Hello good afternoon my people please I posted here last week as regards NIMC issue and I got the solution here. Now the issue is this my wife is in the bank for the change of name proper but when she got there she was told the name has not change with the print sent to her mail and she went straight to NIMC Office in ibadan and she was told it has been done that is the bank she should go back to. So I told here to the print out from the bank before heading back to NIMC OFFICE. pls what is the way forward cos she has to travel down form here to ibadan the bank to do the change of name are not here so that transport will not wast ooo

You don't need to go to any NIMC office for printing, print out from your email and continue using it. That's your new NIN slip.

Good afternoon and thanks for your input it's highly appreciated sir. It has been done the modification was successful the slip has been sent to mail please do I still need to go to their office for printing or I should just print out the one in the mail and start using it

I uploaded only the affidavit when I did my own and modification successfully carried out.

Thanks for your input sir but there is a space where each documents will be uploaded the first one is affidavit, follow by marriage certificate, news paper publication and the last one is government ID card

Remove the 2nd to 4th documents uploaded, if you have affidavit or Marriage Certificate, upload it on the 1st document and submit.

Submit is below forth documents

Upload only one document and click submit.

I have four documents to upload and it's follow one after the other after uploading the documents the next is submit button

If you uploaded more than one documents, reduce it to one document and submit.
