Hello house my infinix s2 pro ( x522) of 2years is giving me hard
time the battery get off at 40%. anytime I have a full battery that
means I have less than 4 hours to operate it before the battery get
drained. I love the phone and don't plan to change it or buy a new
phone. how can I get to change the battery since its an inbuilt
battery.

My infinix hot 4 lite just tripped off while charging at 75%. It refused to switch on.

If you plug it to charge,it will show that thunderbolt zig zag sign and it will remain like that.

They changed charging port and it didnt improve.
They tried another battery on the phone it didnt switch on or even charge.

It just kept showing that thunderbolt zig zag sign.

Pls I'll like someone help me to recover my hard drive, it suddenly stopped displaying on my laptop and other systems, it doesn't blink the blue light again but it still vibrates. The USB icon shows on d notification area but the hard drive doesn't show on the computer. Pls I urgently need to fix this as I have people's jobs on it and I might be in deep trouble if I don't deliver. Please help me on how to fix it. It's a 1.5 terabyte Seagate Expansion Portable Drive.
