HP 650 4 GIG RAM AND 500 HD ALWAYS FREEZ AND HANGS A LOT, NO HEAVY FILES OR SOFTWARES ON IT, JUST MY CHROME BROWSER AND ABOUT 500 TRACKS OF SONGS. I HAVE FORMATED IT 2 TIMES, BUT STILL HANGS AND THE MOUSE PAD FREEZ AND DOESNT EVEN MOVE ON THE SCREEN AGAIN THEREFORE FORCED ME TO BE USING EXTERNAL MOUSE.

Hello, slowness or hanging of laptop can be caused by a lot things ranging from virus, a lot of bad sectors on the hard drive, faulty ram etc. I advise you to take the laptop to a competent laptop technician for troubleshooting and fixing. Call or whatsapp me for fixing if you are in Lagos.

i want to swap with something that has dedicated graphics......should be 14" inches screen and not too heavy....core i5 too ram can be from 6 gb up.

Hello, if your laptop keeps shutting down at 75% battery level without charger being plugged in during the period ; just changed the battery. But if the laptop keeps shutting down despite the fact that charger is being connected at the 75% battery level ; it means the laptop motherboard or fan is faulty.

Somes ago I discovered my laptop loading speed was slower, so I went to Computer village for formatting. But after two months I did this, I discovered "this window is not genuine" on the screen and later the theme on the laptop just disappered until the laptop couldn't come up agan. I went back to Computer Village and company to another Engineer and he promised to fix it. He formatted it and istalled another Window 7 which he claimed was original but to my surprise, the problem repeated itself again after months. I don tire for this wahala. Does anyone now if this could be remedied permanently?
