If you want lollipop and you are rooted and on kitkat, get the 730 lollipop update and flash with sp flash tools making sure you click "firmware upgrade". After this you can do OTA update to 813 official lollipop. Nothing will go wrong. Plus the upgrade from a rooted kitkat will totally erase all the system and after ward you are back on stock recovery with lollipop. like I said, I did it. And the official 813 OTA UPDATE is stable and not filled with bugs.

Pls guys I have infinix hot note I tried flashing a rom after flashing it I got no service and my network won't work I went down to setting it says Baseband unknown if I try to check my imei with *#06# it says invalid imei on both sim I try to detect it with mobile uncle it says radio off pls some one help me how do I get my network back here is my number 08102362937 pls someone help it's going a week now....

Have you tried imputing the imei via mobile uncle tools after flashing the rom, i think that should help.
