He got really creative on this one, and the song does sound somewhat comical. His flows are mad sick with raw vocabs and lyrics delivered in pure Nigerian Pidgin. Keeping it WC for real!. Really I can bump this and grin all day.

The track Go Slow is a collaborative effort between the new and improved Flakes and Nero. A moderate mixture of soft Rap and R&B that’ll instantly connect with their female audience.

Waconzy, Ice Prince, JJC and more were at this same Afrobeats festival being hosted in Sierra Leone, but what caught our eyes was the Port Harcourt’s supa dupa boy Waconzy being driven around the streets of the city and he greeted the people that all came out to watch them. They completely sold out a 40,000 persons stadium and we heard it was an amazing show.

Music/Radio / Ll Cool J Inspired Rap Song "take You Out" By Sutflute by Kwame08: 11:46am On Dec 09, 2011
Download Here => http://hiphopsouth./2011/12/09/sutflute-take-you-out/

Sutflute‘s sound is pretty much promising for rap and Hip hop, as his fluid style of rhyming and well-turned bars appears a distinctly impressive skill.

Take You Out (what looks like a James Todd Smith-inspired song) is simply a blend of unfeigned rap with a bit of what sounds like unpolished R&B (the kind of singing you’d expect from a rap artist), emotive but the realness will definitely appeal more to the opposite sex whom the expressive lyrics were basically created for. The beat remains classy, a head-bobbing piece that’s sure to please most rap lovers.

Music/Radio / Fresh Talent From Naija "Yanga" By Squeeze by Kwame08: 11:43am On Dec 09, 2011
Download here => http://hiphopsouth./2011/12/08/squeeze-yanga/

I like this guy, not just because he is gifted but he also seems to know what he wants and where he is heading to. After letting off a few mind-blowing tracks, he has managed to gather some attention, a couple of other blogs have also taken note of his musical potential. Squeeze, who to me is a breath of fresh air for the Hiphop and Dance Hall community has been working on his Hi-Voltage mixtape which is set to hit the internet sometime in January, hosted by DJ Humility. He has already released the first single from that project, a song titled Dutty Love and now he drops the second single called Yanga. Just as I expected, heat! his lyrics and delivery did complement the bouncy beat masterly.

From what I’ve heard so far, Hi-Voltage looks to be a must-have mixtape and I just can’t wait!

Music/Radio / Is Kelly Hansome Dating A Port Harcourt Based Singer? by Kwame08: 4:50pm On Nov 27, 2011
Some birds are alleging that Kelly Hansome is in a relationship with a Port Harcourt based singer Lilyjean. They claim they were spotted in manners which could be described as dating. Kelly travels to see her in PH and she also goes to Abuja to pay him a visit, one of the birds concluded. Hear what the lady said when asked about how true the relationship is; I don’t have anything to say about that, but is it a bad thing if we are dating. I can’t deny the fact that I really love him a whole lot.
